BM Replacement Policy

General Information:
BM (Business Manager) replacements are only provided if the conditions below are met.


Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • The BM is blocked.

  • The BM limit does not match the one stated at the time of purchase.

⚠️ Important: You must check the BM immediately after purchase using a checker (e.g., https://cpa.rip/check-bm) or any other tool.
If you use the BM before checking it, you accept full responsibility for its status — no replacement will be provided in that case.


Why These Rules Exist:

Due to recent changes, Facebook is now closely monitoring the trust level of social accounts linked to Business Managers.
This makes initial verification more critical than ever.


Verification Time Limits:

Quantity Purchased Time Allowed for Verification
1–5 BMs 1 hour
6–15 BMs 4 hours
16 or more 8 hours

⏰ Replacements are only possible if issues are reported within this time window.


Cases Where Replacement Is NOT Provided:

  • You begin using the BM more than 3 days after purchase.

  • You used the BM without prior verification.


How to Request a Replacement:

When contacting support, include the following:

  1. A clear description of the issue.

  2. Your order number (or the email address used at checkout).

  3. Screenshots showing the issue (e.g., blocked BM, incorrect limit).


 

TikTok Ads Account Replacement Policy

General Information
Replacements for TikTok Ads accounts are provided only under specific, clearly defined conditions.

Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • The ad account is suspended or blocked upon checking.

  • You cannot use the account due to platform-initiated restrictions.

Important Conditions:

  • Immediate Verification Required: You must check your ad account right after purchase, using TikTok Ads Manager's Account Health or Account Health tab to spot any warnings or suspensions. TikTok For Business

  • TikTok may suspend accounts for policy violations, and all ads and account features are immediately halted. TikTok For Business

Why This Policy Matters:
TikTok enforces high-quality ad experiences via its After Conversion Experience (ACE) guidelines. Key performance metrics and user feedback shape ad account standing—violations can trigger suspensions. TikTok For Business

Verification Time Limit After Purchase:
Report issues within 1 hour of receiving access to the ad account. Delays beyond this window may invalidate replacement eligibility.

Replacement Denial Scenarios:

  • Account is used for campaigns before any verification.

  • Continued use of a suspended or blocked account.

  • Failure to report problems promptly.

How to Request a Replacement:
Provide the following via support:

  1. Description of the issue (e.g., immediate suspension).

  2. Order number or email used during purchase.

  3. Proof of verification timing (e.g., screenshots from the Account Health tab).


Snapchat Ads Account Replacement Policy

General Information
Replacement of Snapchat Ads accounts is offered only under controlled, limited conditions.

Eligible Reasons for Replacement:

  • Account is blocked, locked, or otherwise inaccessible immediately after purchase.

Important Conditions:

  • Must check access immediately, before running any ads.

  • If the account is locked by Snapchat’s safety or verification systems, and you are prevented from using it, it qualifies.

Why This Policy Matters:
Snapchat, similar to TikTok, applies trust and quality standards to ad accounts. Accounts flagged for suspicious behavior or non-compliant content may be deactivated.
