 User Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the online store OdinStore (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") purchasing access to digital products (accounts for online services).
1.2. By purchasing a product on the website odinstore.space, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately cease using the purchased product and contact support within the specified period for a refund or replacement.

2. Terms of Use for Accounts
2.1. Accounts purchased through the Store are personal and intended for the User's individual use only.
2.2. Transferring data to third parties, reselling, or sharing accounts is prohibited.
2.3. The User agrees to use the obtained accounts in accordance with the current legislation and the rules of the respective online services.
2.4. The Store is not responsible for the blocking of accounts resulting from the User's violations of the rules of third-party platforms.

3. Warranty and Refund
3.1. The Store guarantees the technical functionality of the account for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
3.2. The User is obliged to perform an initial check of the account within 4 hours of receiving the login credentials.
3.3. If defects are found (inability to log in, lack of advertised functionality, blocking, etc.), the User must immediately contact support and provide evidence (screenshots, videos, error logs).
3.4. The Store undertakes to review the request within 48 hours and, upon confirmation of the defect, provide a replacement or process a refund within 24 hours after the decision is made.
3.5. Refunds are processed using the same method used for payment, minus any possible payment system fees.
3.6. The warranty does not apply in cases where:
*   The User changed the account data (password, email, etc.) before completing the verification.
*   Access was lost due to the User's violation of the platform's rules.
*   The warranty period (14 days) has expired.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. Obligations of the Store:
*   Provide access to the account within the agreed timeframes.
*   Maintain the account's functionality within the warranty period.
*   Respond to customer inquiries within the established timeframes.
4.2. Obligations of the User:
*   Promptly check the account for functionality.
*   Not transfer data to third parties.
*   Not use the account for illegal purposes.
*   Ensure the security of their devices and communication channels.

5. Confidentiality and Security
5.1. All transmitted data (logins, passwords) is provided through secure communication channels.
5.2. The User is responsible for the security of the received information and must change passwords after gaining access, if permitted by the platform's rules.
5.3. The Store does not collect or store personal data, except for the minimum necessary to process orders and handle inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Store is not responsible for the actions of third-party services, including the blocking, deletion, or modification of account terms of use by the provider platform.
6.2. The Store provides no warranties if accounts are used to circumvent regional, legal, or licensing restrictions set by the platforms.
6.3. The Store is not liable for losses incurred as a result of the User's improper use of the account.

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of the seller's country of registration.
7.3. Claims must be submitted through the official communication channels indicated on the website.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Agreement may be amended by the Store unilaterally. The updated version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.
8.2. The User is obliged to independently monitor changes to the terms. Continued use of the Store's services implies agreement with the new terms.
8.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the new version of the Agreement, the User must stop using the accounts and request a refund within 24 hours after the changes are published.
